Contact and Project Tags can be automatically added through Lead Capture Forms, Online Scheduling, and Bulk Actions.
Once Tags are added, you can filter with the use of Tags on your Project page to complete bulk actions. You can also use Tags to filter your Recent Client Activity and Contacts page.
While an unlimited amount of Tags are available, we advise to not get too “Tag happy,” as that will just confuse you.
Is there a limit on the number of Tags I can have?
No, there is no limit on the number of Tags you can have or how many can be applied to each Contact or Project.
Can I search for Projects or Contacts via Tags?
Yes, Tags are searchable inside 17hats.
Can I remove a Tag from a Contact or Project?
Yes, you are able to delete Tags from Contacts and Projects.
