To-dos added to your Projects will automatically filter to a To-Do Manager.

Your To-Do Manager populates three different types of lists:

  • Project Lists: To-dos added to your Project either manually or via Workflow (Level 2 & 3) will automatically filter into an individual Project List.
  • Due and Upcoming List: 17hats automatically filters your upcoming to-do items into this list to ensure you don’t miss a beat.
  • Custom List: Create a To-Do List for your everyday life, marketing projects, and whatever else you need to keep track of.

Will I see To-Dos outside of 17hats?
No, To-Dos will only appear on your Dashboard and in your 17hats Calendar.

Can I have To-Dos that aren’t associated with a Project?
Yes, you can have a list of To-Dos that aren’t associated with a Project.

Can I assign a To-Do to another user in 17hats?
Yes, you are able to assign To-Dos to other users on your account.

While you can add To-Dos in our Free CRM, the To-Do Manager is available with Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3.
